Pain

I went for physical therapy today on my right shoulder.

I'm not sure when I hurt it or how--but it's been painful for several months now.

Dave, the physical therapist gave me three exercises to do after asking lots of questions and fooling with my shoulder in a dozen ways.

It hurt some, but hopefully will help over time.

But physical therapy won't put food on the table and the president's resistance to giving full food help for people who need it is more painful than my shoulder can ever be.

Lucky for those in our State, the Governor of CT has funds to keep the food allowances up.

The President is wrecking havoc with our country while claiming it is the best time ever in America.

We must do all we can to help get his policies reversed.

Pain is everywhere--and we are the political physical therapists....
