Churcg today

 It all went well.

Great hymns, open front door, good readers, wondrous coffee hour (the strawberry desert was great!)

I even got away with my sermon.

But I looked around at the crowd and only saw 5  people who I think are younger than me.

I pass a Evangelical church called Cornerstone in Cheshire on my way to I 84. They have four services and a huge parking lot. On the way up they're having their first service and the lot is packed. On my way back the third service is ending and two policeman are there to clear the lot.

What are they serving up?

I should go and talk to them and see what I can discern.

(I may have posted about Cornerstone Church before--I'm a bit obcessed by their crowds.)

Bet they don't have Eucharist....

About Me

some ponderings by an aging white man who is an Episcopal priest in Connecticut. Now retired but still working and still wondering what it all means...all of it.
