no church today

I'm only payed to do 3 Sundays a month at Trinity, Milton.

But S., who does morning prayer when I'm not there, is sick. But a woman from outside the parish stepped up and agreed to do it. I'll find out Wednesday how it went.

When I don't 'do' church, I don't 'go to church'.

I think the reason I keep working at my advanced age is I know I wouldn't 'go to church' if I wasn't 'doing church'.

I wouldn't say I'm the most dedicated Christian you'll ever meet!
