Last night

 I didn'twear my sling most of yesterday.

Last night I couldn't sleep for the pain in my shoulder.

I went downstairs at 2:30 a.m. to take pain pills.

I slept maybe 2 hours.

I called and got myself outof the Diocesan Convention.

I'll be  better better by Sunday and go to church and preach.

But  theworld series begins tonight.
