The Chauvin trial

It's in the hands of the jury now.

Twelve people to decide guilt or innocence.

A huge responsibility.

I watched much of the trial. I know how I would vote--guilty on all counts. But we don't know what the jury will do.

Everyone--including the Biden administration--is struggling with what to do when the verdict comes down.

"Innocent" would set off a wave of nationwide protests.

"Guilty" may cause disturbances by white power groups.

We won't know tonight--the jury has gone to their hotel until tomorrow.

Hold your collective breath, Americans.

Soon we will know.

Pray for justice to be done.
